Mommy and Lydia on "Mother's Day"Hope that everyone had a "Happy Mother's Day"! I had a great "Mother's Day Weekend"! Not ready for the weekend to be over! Jeff and Lydia made it very special!! We had a good time spending time with our family...just went by too fast! Lydia is now eight weeks old! We can't believe it! It has gone by so fast...and she is changing daily. She is trying to smile...can't wait until she does! We go to the doctor on Tuesday! We will find out what she officially weighs and how long she is. We are excited to see how much she has grown...but we are not looking forward to her getting her first shots. Hopefully she will do well with them!

Happy Mother's Day (a day late). She is getting so big. I can't wait to see her this summer! Getting their first shots is always a hard thing for Mommas to do. My only piece of advice is to have her bottle or pacifier right there with you and when it's all over give it to her and the scoop her into your arms. We did that with Andrew and he calmed down before they finished filling out the shot record. Good Luck!
