We woke up to a HUGE snowstorm on Monday morning. It was crazy! When we went to bed on Sunday night, the weather was calling for us to get 1"-2" of snow... MAYBE. Well, it turned out we had 2" on the ground at 5:15 when Karen called and told us that if we wanted to make it to their house to pick Lydia up, we probably needed to come soon! So we got up and headed over and stayed for the day until things cleared up for a little bit and before it froze again that night.
Lydia had a BLAST playing in it! We didn't let her play too long, because she has a runny nose, again. But she loved every minute that she spent out there! Here are a few pictures!
Daddy helping her get comfortable with walking on the snow. She didn't know what to think at first, but it didn't take long for her to take off on her own!
Mommy's little girl
She loved walking in the "nuuuu", as she calls it!
Love all the little footprints!
My attempt at a snowman, was not the greatest, but Jeff told me that it was just her size! And it was! It's been a LONG time since I've made a snowman!
She thought about giving him a kiss ... but then decided against it!

When we told her it was time to go in, she took off in the opposite direction. She was not too happy with us that we made her go inside, but thankfully she wasn't upset for too long!
I snapped a picture of our house as we were leaving. Wish I would have thought to take one when we got home! This is the most snow we've ever had here! It was a beautiful snow, but we are ready for it to be gone and for spring to get here!
