Week 2 and 3 of kindergarten went by quick and Lydia is still loving it!! She hasn't said one thing she doesn't like about school yet! Love that she's excited to go to school each day and has so much fun while she is there.
Headed to school with Dottie! She wanted Dottie to stay in the car all day so she would be there at the end of the day. ;)

After a week of sitting in the car pool line for over 30 minutes each afternoon, I decided we would just park across the street in our neighborhood and meet her at the cross walk. She was so excited to "walk"!

There she is! She looked so scared the first few days! She would ask the girl standing next to her to hold her hand when they walked. Thankfully she was sweet enough to do it! =)

We needed a mid-week treat, so off to LemonTree we went! I don't think this picture could have turned out any more perfect!
She had her first homework assignment middle of week 2. She came right in, sat down and went right to work. No complaining! Hopefully she will stay this excited about homework!
We miss Lydia while she's at school, but love my one-on-one time with Jack Henry. I think he likes it too, even though his face in this picture doesn't show it!
We decided to let Lydia sleep in a "fort" on a non-school night. She was SO surprised when she walked in her room!!
Can't believe we are done with 3 weeks of school already! Wow!
