For some reason the past few days, Lydia has been obsessed with our bed. She will take a ton of books and put them in our bed then climb in ... cover up ... and start to read them. It's so cute!
I am so happy that she still loves to read. Can't wait until we can start reading "chapter books" together! So many fun memories of Mom reading books to us when we were little. Hope we can make the same memories with Lydia one day!

Daddy got home from work early last night so he and Lydia spent every minute she was awake together! It was so sweet! Here they are reading about baby Moses!
Here is how I found Lydia yesterday morning while I was doing some packing ...
She climbed behind her bookshelf, turned her little DVD player around and was back there watching her DVD and reading her books. She is one funny little girl!

Our 2 year old Layla LOVES books and reading too. She would rather read a book than play with any toy almost. We have all the brown bear books too, those are her favorite.
