Lydia has had so much fun lately kicking a HUGE beach ball around outside. We decided she needed something a little smaller to kick around, so we got her a soccer ball when we were at Target last night.
She was so excited to get to the park and play with it ... well, after she went down the slide a few times!
She did really well dribbling the ball around and keeping up with it!
All 3 of my brothers played soccer from the time they were 4 or 5 up until high school and even some in college. Maybe it's just in the genes or something!!
Wonder when we can sign this girl up for some soccer?!?
Can you tell she was worn out? Well, that and there were 2 dogs walking by when Jeff was taking the picture, so she was not interested in the camera at all! Oh well! We had so much fun and are so glad that the weather is cooling off so we can go out and play some more! I've never been one to be ready for summer to be over because I can't stand the cold ... but after the summer we've had ... BRING ON THE FALL!! =)
