Happy Birthday, Jeff!

Happy 28th Birthday!!!

We celebrated Jeff's birthday yesterday with his family and had a great night!

Mimi fixed a WONDERFUL southern birthday dinner. Pork chops, corn on the cob, green beans, mashed potatoes and rolls! 

After dinner we had some delicious strawberry cake! Lydia had been dying to take a bite ALL day! She was so glad when it was time for Daddy to blow out his candles and eat cake! =)

Lydia loved the cake and asked for more when she was finished. She practically licked her plate clean! If only she would eat regular food the way that she eats sweets!

Tonight we went out for Jeff's birthday dinner at a local steak place. Loved celebrating again! =)

Lydia loved eating the peanuts! She was eating them faster than I could get them cracked and out of the shell. Finally she decided that she could do it herself and was actually pretty good at it. I was very impressed!

When we got home it was time for ... PRESENTS!

Of course, Lydia's favorite part ... the tissue paper!

Such a great helper! =)

So thankful for a godly man that Jeff is! Seriously could not ask for a better husband or father for our kids.
