Today was the first day we've spent together as a family in a long time. Seems like the last month, the only time we've seen each other is meeting for lunch or dinner. We had such a good day! After Lydia and Jeff got back from fishing, we all took a much needed nap. Some weren't quite long enough, but we all got some rest. =) After naps, we headed out for an early dinner and then a trip to the park.
Lydia's been asking to go ride her bike in the "woods" so we went and did that! It was BEAUTIFUL outside!
Love this little guy so much! He's doing so much better in his stroller! I'm thinking we may have to invest in a jogging stroller. Not sure how much more this one can take, especially if we start taking more walks/jogs.
After the park, we headed to get sno-cones!
Waiting patiently ...
Nice and clean ...
Her pretty rainbow sno-cone turned into a brownish-greenish mess. Of course, she didn't mind one bit!
Jack Henry even got his first taste of a sno-cone.
He loved it and could not get enough of it! Wish I had a picture of his face with the first bite. It was hilarious!
We ended the night reading in Lydia's bed ... Love these times together!
