Today was "Somewhere Fun" Friday at our house. I found a cute little "summer schedule" we are trying to use. I'll have to share more about it later. Lydia has been so excited about it and looking forward to today all week!
She started her morning off with a little Daddy/Daughter date to the donut place. She's really been missing Jeff since he's been working long, late hours.
After they got back, we loaded up and headed to Jeff's mom's house, without him =(, for Jack Henry's morning nap and then some POOL TIME!
They both have their priorities ... Lydia was ready to jump in as soon as we got there ... Jack Henry just wanted his bottle! =)
Jack Henry's first time in the pool!! He LOVED it! Think he may be a little water baby!
Mimi bought this cool little float thing for Jack Henry, but he wasn't quite sure of it. It was a pain to get on him and he got pretty upset with us. After we got him in the water he floated around for a few minutes, but then he was ready to eat lunch and got upset again. Guess we'll try again next time!

After the pool we headed back to Mimi's for a bottle and to pack up and come back home for naps.
Think he was pretty worn out! He's been asleep 2 hours and still snoozing ...
This little girl passed out in the car, again ... And she woke up when I laid her down, again. =( She got a little "rest" time. Hopefully it will be enough for us to make it to bed time. She played HARD at the pool!
Can't wait to go back and swim again. Maybe the water will be a little bit warmer next time!
